Chi straighteners I have bought twice, and they had a short life. A friend of mine told me Chis have a lifetime warranty ... If yes, how can I replace the broken one of my CHIS?

You have a lifetime warranty. They do it automatically with a warranty of one year, though, as you keep the check box. So if you have your chi with less than a year, you can send it (I think he will) in the Address box. Then they will replace. But if you hurt the next table, you can in.
