have for the last two days I would have had a nagging pain, but the light in my right chest, under the breast, but in the upper stomach in the left and on my back, but at the same place, and some slight pain in the left arm, but not bad enough that I want to go to the hospital.

Please, please, please, go to someone about it. Even if the pain is mild or moderate, which could mean a heart problem, and if you expect that the worst pain you will be in a worse situation later. My mother had a heart attack and they do not even know what it was.
